Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue affecting the delivery of Teamwork Desk messages and Projects notifications to free Microsoft email addresses, including @live, @hotmail, and @outlook domains.

Emails to these addresses may be delayed or not delivered. Our team is actively working with our email delivery provider to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Emails to other providers and custom domains are unaffected.

We will provide an update as soon as we have more information. We apologise for any inconvenience.
